Winnipeg ICE announce grassroots community initiative with the support of Subway® Manitoba

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg ICE Hockey Club is excited to announce the launch of two community-focused opportunities, both presented by Subway® Manitoba. The first initiative will allow kids to get free tickets to ICE games, and the second is a monthly award that recognizes an ICE Player who is doing amazing work in the community.

On Tuesday, the ICE launched its Community Group of the Game and Community Performer of the Month, both presented by Subway® Manitoba.

Subway® Manitoba has generously donated 126 tickets to the Community Group of the Game initiative.

Six games throughout the 2019-2020 season, the ICE will host a local community group, each receiving 20 tickets to the game.
